At Petite Plume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached and securely seal the box before attaching the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
